BLIS is a leadership development platform for health, social care, and early years professionals. Once you create an account, you can access scenario-based learning, AI coaching, reflective practice tools, and behavioural insights, all designed to fit into your daily workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is BLIS a performance management tool?
No. BLIS is exclusively a developmental tool. Your individual responses, reflections, and coaching conversations are never used for disciplinary proceedings, performance management, or employment decisions. Managers only see anonymised, aggregated team-level insights.
Who can see my data?
Your reflections, scenario responses, and coaching interactions are private to you. Team leaders with manager access can view anonymised aggregate data only, and only when a minimum number of team members have participated to protect individual identity.
What settings and roles are supported?
BLIS covers ten work settings including adult social care, NHS acute, primary care, hospice, mental health, learning disability and autism services, children's residential, supported living, domiciliary care, and community settings. Scenarios and content are tailored to fifteen professional roles within these settings.
Can I use BLIS on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account syncs across devices. Simply log in with the same email and password. Some features such as supervision notes and incident debriefs are stored locally on your device for additional privacy.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at the email address below and we will process your request. All personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
