About BLIS
BLIS is a leadership development and workforce learning platform. It provides scenario-based learning, AI-guided coaching, reflective practice tools, and behavioural insights for professionals working in health, social care, and related sectors.
Purpose and Limitations
- BLIS is a developmental and learning tool. It does not provide medical advice, psychological assessment, or clinical diagnosis
- Scenarios are fictional and designed for educational purposes. They do not reference real individuals or events
- AI coaching provides reflective guidance and should not be treated as professional supervision or clinical advice
- BLIS does not replace organisational policies, professional training, or regulatory requirements
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree not to enter any personally identifiable information about patients, residents, service users, or colleagues into the app
- You agree to use BLIS for its intended purpose of professional development and learning
Non-Punitive Commitment
Data from BLIS must not be used for disciplinary proceedings, performance enforcement, or employment decisions. This applies to all users and organisations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content within BLIS, including scenarios, coaching frameworks, training materials, and design, is the intellectual property of BLIS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep BLIS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
